I currently serve as Director for Customs Brokerage at UPS Europe, dealing with regulatory, training, systems and compliance. 

I have decided to share my knowledge and experience that I gained over the last 40 years on a non profit basis, in order to support compliant trade.

How do we do it?

At our core, we are driven by the belief that customs and international trade should be straightforward and accessible. Embracing a comprehensive approach, my commitment is to provide informaton to  experts and non experts of customs on existing as well as upcoming new legislation. Who Am I?

I bring my experience of 40 years in working with customs authorities and policymakers around the globe. The close collaboration with policy-makers helps my understanding, enabling me to provide swift and practical interpretations of rules, allowing me to provide clear and concise information. The work with other businesses and government institutions helps me in navigating customs intricacies and unerstanding evolving international trade regulations.

I represent trade at the EU Commission DG Taxud’s Trade Contact Group and I am a well-respected subject matter expert in different customs working groups from the European Commission.
I currently serve as Vice ChairPerson of the Customs and Trade Facilitation Committee at AmCham EU and the European Express Association.
I am the winner of the ICC’s Customs Professional Award 2020 and received the WCO’s Certificate of Honor for rendering exceptional service to the international Customs Community. With more than 40 years’ experience in working with customs in different continents, I am a passionate believer in fair and sustainable free trade
